And having developed the most accurate call tracking system on the market we are well placed to pioneer the advancement of technology in this area; a position endorsed by the prestigious Econsultancy Innovation Award.

A bit of history

ResponseTap has been around since early 2008 and was previously known as AdInsight, a company which operated solely in the UK. Since the early days we have been at the forefront of call tracking technology and have been working non-stop ever since, developing products to help businesses improve their marketing ROI, capture additional sales opportunities and make operational efficiencies.

In October 2008, after extensive beta testing, our first call tracking product was released for small businesses. Since then, we have delivered several releases of our call tracking technology to service traditional and digital media agencies, publications, directory companies, direct mailers and SME's and larger businesses.

2012 has been a busy year; we received £1.6M investment ($2.6M) in our first round of venture capital funding with prominent technology investment company, Eden Ventures.  Following this Series A investment, we launched our affiliate call tracking product, rTap Performance, targeting Advertisers, Networks and Publishers and we opened an office in London to better serve our clients in the south of the UK.
