What Information do I need ?
- Account Type – Do you have a ‘Insight’, 'Intel' or ‘Performance’ Account?
- Account Name - As it appears when you log into your account.
- Your Full Name - First name and surname
- Your Contact Phone Number – Landline / Mobile (both)
- Summary – Provide a brief description of why you are contacting us - Request, Issue, Fault or Query
- Further Information – Explain in detail the ‘Request, Issue, Fault or Query’ (providing examples where applicable).
- Ticket Reference Number (if applicable)

When you e-mail our support team our helpdesk system will automatically e-mail you with a unique ticket reference which should be used in all future correspondence until your ‘Request, Query, Fault or Issue’ has been resolved.
