On the Call Log you will find a record of every single tracked phone call that came into your business during the selected reporting period, with all the details of how that person found you. This report will even tell you the exact keywords that were typed into the search engine that sent the traffic to your website.

You can examine how the call was handled within your business, whether a lead or sale resulted, and which of your website pages the caller viewed both before, during and after they made their phone call.  From here, you can even listen to a call recording of the actual conversation that took place. This is a useful tool for training purposes, or even to test the effectiveness of specific campaigns.
