How many phone numbers will I need?

ResponseTap will automatically add numbers to your account as needed. By using multiple telecommunications partners, ResponseTap is able to automatically give you as many numbers as your account may require, and add more as demand increases.

How much does ResponseTap cost?

Why should I track calls using ResponseTap?

What data does ResponseTap collect?

ResponseTap collects a range of data from every visitor and phone call, including; call duration, talk time, wait time, geographical origin, time and date of call, call status (answered, missed, engaged), caller ID, search phrase used, visitor path, referrer and much more.

Do I need additional phone lines?

No additional phone lines are needed, the ResponseTap tracking numbers simply redirect to your existing phone lines.

Set up takes less than 15 minutes. ResponseTap provides you with code to install on your website. Once set up, your account automatically configures itself based on the marketing activity it identifies.

Integration

Can ResponseTap integrate with other software, such as web analytics tools, CRMs and bid management systems?

Yes, ResponseTap can integrate with most online software solutions. Google Analytics and AdWords integration is already built in, and other software tools can be easily accommodated. We are always adding new technology partners to our portfolio, contact us for full details.

How can we export the data for use in our own system?

ResponseTap provides the data for you to export by CSV, API and URL Callback for real time data transfer.

Support

How do I cancel an existing account?

Please send an email to the support desk support@responsetap.com detailing the username for ResponseTap Classic accounts or the account name or ID for accounts using our rtap product range, and unless specified we will take the date of receipt of the email and add your contractual notice period. Your account will then be terminated.

How long does it take to analyze the data provided by ResponseTap?

Not long at all, ResponseTap has been designed to show you the most important data in our user-friendly graphical interface so you can quickly determine what to do next when it comes to marketing your business.
