At ResponseTap we’ve made buying Call Intelligence straightforward. Rather than complicated, variable bills based on how many calls and minutes you’ve used each month, we keep it simple.

At the start of your contract we work with you to establish how many calls you receive each year and give you a fixed price. The number of minutes is unlimited and you can spread your call allowance out to be used at any point over the year – perfect if you have seasonal peaks. So, with one fixed payment, you know exactly where you stand.

Bolt-ons explained

Your fixed price will include your license fee and all call costs. Bolt-ons can be added to give you additional features such as bid management integration and dedicated numbers for offline campaigns.

Media Bolt-on

Improve your ad serving and tracking capabilities by integrating with ad-management and display networks, like Marin, DoubleClick, FlashTalking and Kenshoo.

Insight Bolt-on

Close the data loop by integrating into web analytics and marketing attribution solutions, like Adobe Analytics and Rakuten Attribution.

Offline Bolt-on

Track your offline campaigns with unlimited single numbers. These can be used on marketing materials such as email, print, radio and TV to identify the success of various campaigns.

How is my package price calculated?

We'll work with you to create a package based on the number of calls you need over a 12 month period. You can then either pay upfront for an additional discount or spread the cost over 12 months, in equal instalments. This way, you always know the cost of the service, rather than receiving a variable bill every month.

Do you charge extra for minutes?

No, we think it keeps things simpler and predictable to give you a fixed cost at the start of the year, without worrying about fluctuating call durations. We know this is a break from the norm. But we also know this is the best way to do it.

I’m in the US, do I have to pay more for unique tracking numbers (UTNs)?

No, unlike most Call Intelligence providers, we include unlimited UTNs in your fixed price.

What happens if my calls are seasonal or I go over my included calls?

For maximum flexibility you can use your calls any at time throughout the year, rather than being restricted to a set number of calls each month. We’ll keep on eye on your remaining call balance and if you’re running short towards the end of your term, we’ll let you know and you can simply buy a top up.
