Do you charge extra for calls and minutes?

We'll work with you to create a package based on what you need, so you'll pay a fixed cost. We know this is a break from the norm. But we also know this is the best way to do it. It means you know where you stand each month and your business can continue to grow without being penalized.

How do I know which package is right for me?

Once you’re confident that Call Intelligence is right for you, our product experts will create the best bespoke package for you, using our price plans as a basis. These recommendations will take into account the amount of calls and minutes you expect to use, along with which features you'll need.

What happens if I go over my included minutes and calls?

We’ll keep an eye on your usage and we'll get in touch once you’re reaching your limit. We give you a 5% buffer if you do go over - if you need any more than that you can just buy a top up package.

What happens if I have seasonal call volumes?

We know it's annoying to have to pay for something you don’t need most of the time. That's why, with ResponseTap, you can use your package allowance at any time of the year, letting you budget and have the flexibility you need.

Are the packages monthly or annually?

All our packages are a minimum 12 month contract, but they can be paid for monthly, or in one lump sum if you prefer. You will get the best price with an annual payment.

Do I have to pay more if my calls are international?

When you talk to us, we'll build you a custom package. This is based on your typical usage and will include international calls, if necessary.
